Directions: From Moulton, AL go north on AL Hwy 157 for apprx. 8 miles from Hwy 33 intersection, turn right onto CoRd 147 for 1/2 mile to site. Red & yellow "AUCTION" signs mark all turns.  From Florence area take Hwy 157 south and look for sign on left at CoRd 147.

This sale will include apprx. 54 acres +/- of mostly woods and raw land. This is a virtual wildlife sanctuary filled with every sort of critter. It will be sold as a whole, not divided into smaller pieces due to the lack of road frontage. If you are looking for investment in Lawrence County, Alabama--this is it!! There is marketable timber on the property, excellent building sites and water. Look no further, build that "cabin in the woods" on your own land.

We have tons of pictures for you to look at so I won't try to spell it all out here. The truck we will offer is a '93 Mazada/B4000 V-6 LE with A/C-treadplate tool box and heavy trlr hitch. We have nearly every known tool also. The pictures may not be really clear, but there is one of everything you can think of from screwdrivers to welders plus the house on wheels which they are now located in. Yep, we are selling the "shop on wheels" too.

For the ladies we have quilts galore, sewing stuff, small appliances, Sears sewing machine, Princess House dishes and canister set, cast iron pieces, a Gibson 18 cu/ft refrigerator, Westinghouse propane stove, linens, Fire King and other glassware, an iron bed, hatbox wardrobe, a commercial sewing machine w/attachments and thread, lots of great glassware, a Salad Master cookware set, rocking cradle, a Roper refrigerator, cannon ball bed, and exercise equip.
